Return & Refund Policies - TMMA

At TMMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Time Frame: You can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

  • Condition of Item:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

    • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original tags will not be accepted for return.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase from www.tmma.co.in is required for all returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or non-returnable on the product page.

    • Personalized or customized products.

    • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

    • Gift cards.

    • Any item that has been used, washed, damaged, or is not in its original condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Use the Contact Us page and we will try to get back as soon as possible.

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:

    • Your Order Number

    • The name of the item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for the return

    • Clear photographs of the item(s) if the return is due to damage or defect.

  3. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please do not send items back without an RA number, as they may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a product being damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), TMMA will arrange for a reverse pickup from your delivery address. In cases where reverse pickup is not feasible, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of the item, provided a valid shipping receipt is furnished.

  • Other Reasons (e.g., Change of Mind, Sizing Issue): For returns due to reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect item, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and4 credited back to your original payment method within [Specify e.g., 7-10 business days]. The actual time for the credit to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

    • Return shipping costs (if borne by the customer) are also non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

  • Currently, TMMA does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item as per this policy and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Important Notes:

  • Items returned without prior authorization (RA number) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

  • TMMA reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in this policy.

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly from www.tmma.co.in.
